Willow valley is a great place for a couple or family getaway. The pools and kids play area at the main pool is awesome. Great restaurants to eat at as well. I believe they also offer many different package/stay plans as well. Overall a good deal for the money.

The staff was very friendly and effecient. When I asked for something we ran out of it was brought to our room within a reasonable amount of time. The room was exceptionally clean. Even the vent in the bathroom was spotless and free of dust. I have yet to be in a hotel, cheap or expensive, where the bathroom vent did not have dust in it. Willow Valley was the first. The resturant had a great breakfast buffet. We only stayed on night but we were very impressed with our stay and will stay there again.

Many amenities and close to Lancaster, PA - restaurants, Sights & Sounds, outlet shopping; restaurants on-site, pools on-site; very family friendly
Slightly outdated rooms - difficult to control air temperature in room.

The innwas in a nice location for what we were there to do. It wasn't over priced and the grounds were decorated nicely for Christmas. People there were friendly

We went for a swim meet at a nearby college. The 3 large indoor pools were a great hit with all the younger kids on the team. Some of the other families stayed at different hotels - not next year - we'll all be at Willow Valley.
It would be nice if all of the rooms had a way to the pools without going outside - especially in winter !

Great location, lovely site, very friendly and helpful people
Bugs in the room. Waterbugs in the bathroom and cockroaches in the bedroom.

I like the idea of a restaurant directly in the hotel.
Rooms need to be updated and repaired

The hotel was amazing for the price and the bakery was also really cool. I will definitely use this hotel again. Well placed location wise and easy to find.

Our expectations were based on our knowledge of Willow Valley in the 80's - sadly, they were not met.
Tiny vanity space near sink - no grab bars or soap/washcloth holders in tub - noisy fan connected to bathroom light - noisy air/heat flow - noisy location right by route 222 - lots of big trucks at night
